It works
The original power supply had a cord failure and both the outer insulation and internal wires cracked and were shorting out (nice popping sounds). So, this was needed. It's a bit heavier but that also means less apt to fail like the original. It's also just a bit warmer but nothing that would be dangerous...well so far. Biggie is it works and charges the LG gram laptop without issues.

Exactly What I Needed
Very pleased with this purchase. It doesn't get hot, the C connection fights tightly - it's exactly what I needed at a great price.

Not working
I paid extra for this charger because it was "certified". But, the charger has stopped working in less than two months....and outside the time allowed for returns. That is just not right. I don't expect chargers to last for too long....but this is unacceptable.

This item came in clutch. I noticed that after having my laptop charging overnight, it was critically low in battery power. I ordered this charger and it came the same day. It immediately started charging my laptop and I'm back in business.

U/L listed products like this one are always better quality and safer than non-UL listed accessories. It may cost a bit more but absolutely worth it. Have been using for 5 months to charge my LG gram laptop. No issues. Adaptor does not get hot. I recommend this brand.
