This multivitamin feels like a great B vitamin supplement as well as most other daily vitamins and some digestive health ingredients. I have used it for years and added the Naturelo iron supplement to it for daily vitamins. After years of shopping for vitamins, this one meets the best price point with a noticeably improved physical feeling.

NATURELO Men’s One Daily Multivitamin is a convenient way to cover all the essential nutrients I need. The capsules are easy to swallow, made with quality ingredients, and don’t upset my stomach. I feel more energized and balanced since taking them regularly.

Great vitamins

I study biochemistry, pharmacology, and Neuroscience, and it's very important to me to have a properly dosed and quality multivitamin that uses the best chemical forms of vitamins and minerals that are supported by peer-reviewed evidence. I used to buy this listing way before it was ever near the top of the search results, I found it buried. This is one of the only listings for multivitamins that uses the actual bioavailable forms of vitamin and well absorbed versions. For example there is vitamin B6 which normally comes as pyridoxine But here comes as p5p, which is the more active form. There's also magnesium and zinc, which in developed countries are very common more people to be deficient in. However, crucially, this uses amino acid chelated forms of these minerals, as opposed to simple oxides, which have very poor absorption. While other companies do this like Thorn research and pure encapsulation, Naturalo does it at how much more reasonable price point. This makes it my go-to multivitamin.

I must say I’m shocked. - I haven’t had stomach cramps while taking these with oatmeal and water in the morning. No weird side effects at all. - My energy and mental clarity has definitely increased usually I find myself wanting to take a nap on my lunch break at work or once I get home however that is no longer a thing!! Which is big improvement and exactly what I was looking for. - the things I need to get done is actually getting done. You see I use to make a list and try to do everything that week however either my brain takes over and says not today tomorrow and then tomorrow becomes the weekend yeah I no longer do that and I can say after 2 weeks of taking this there has been so much improvement atleast for me. - Skin, Nails, Hair - no improvement but only a few weeks into this daily vitamin. I’m sure eventually this will improve as well? Maybe not but I’m mainly impressed with how I found something to keep me alert, ready to conquer the day. Cons: the taste is pretty tart (the smell of the vitamin) needs improvement idk why they smell bad atleast it doesn’t taste like anything if you eat and chug water! Side note: it’s not like a huge energy booster it’s more of an alertness and readiness feeling. I don’t know how to describe it’s a very nice feeling to feel what others call normal. Hope this helps some of you decide if this daily vitamin is for you. I normally don’t write reviews but couldn’t help myself with this review.

They have what a man needs without any additives. They are pretty much all he needs in a vitamin. I took a picture to show that the daily capsule is not extremely large. The value is good for this vitamin and last around 4 months! The effectiveness seems to be exactly what he needs. The capsule is clear and the vitamin powder is light tan. There has not suffered any side effects with taking this vitamin such as stomach issues.
