I really like this multivitamin. I was looking for a multivitamin that was gluten free (I have celiac disease), dairy free, and does not have large amounts of vitamins. Some products have vitamins with 500% of the daily value needed. That is unnecessary, and I honestly do not feel well when I take vitamins with such high quantities. I also really liked that this multivitamin contains magnesium, and it is also in the form of magnesium glycinate. While it is not a high quantity, I have tried to take magnesium glycinate on its own and it caused me some nausea. However, I feel great taking this multivitamin and do not notice any nausea or stomach upset. I have always had fairly breakable nails, but after the first 30-60 days of taking this multivitamin I could tell they were stronger. I also had blood work done a few months into taking it and my vitamin levels were good and normal (vitamin D, B12, folate).

These vitamins are expensive but I feel like they are worth the investment. Years ago, a naturopathic doctor told me that if you are going to take a multi-vitamin, you should take a capsule because they are more bioavailable than tablets. So I did some research and found Naturelo vitamins. I've been taking them for years. I definitely have more energy. They are easy to digest and I have not experienced any bad side effects. I even started buying these for my daughter. There are two different versions of these vitamins, one for women over 50, one for women under 50. I'm happy with my purchase and will continue to buy these.

good vitamin without ridiculously high concentrations of vitamins and minerals that far exceed MDR. Most vitamins and B12 supplements include 600-4000 times the MDR. I am allergic to the cobalt in all B12 and can't take most multivitamins. This brand has just 100% of MDR. If i need more for some reason, it's available in my diet. More is not always better.
