All this does as harm ourselves as it puts us in negative mode, which does us a lot of physical & spiritual damage when practised regularly. Blessing regularly will change how you feel when you do it so that it is heartfelt. It will revolutionise your life.

I had read quite a lot of great reviews for this book when it was initially available and really wanted to get a copy. At last after several years, I have one. Although I wholly support the other reviews about this book, I can't emphasise enough that words cannot describe the impact of this book with its concise, accessible, proactive and above all useable wisdom. It truly is one of those books that needs to be a mandatory read for the world over. You'll know what I mean when you read it. :-)

This is such a beautiful and inspiring book to read that I keep buying it, only to give it away to one of my friends. It is such a simple idea, and beautifully written. Applying his ideas on blessing have made me more peaceful and loving, and it is such a quick way to feel positive again if I have been caught up in some challenging situations or feelings. Can't recommend it enough.

Has some very good practical advice

I read this book a few years ago and loved it. I recommended it to many friends and then gradually forgot about it. Being faced with a difficult and unpleasant situation at present it suddenly came to mind again and I am immensely grateful to have remembered it. The message of the book is extraordinarily helpful to anyone, but particularly those facing challenges in their relationship with others.

Pierre Pradervand tells the story of his own painful journey to a place of surrender where he discovered a way to find peace and transform negative events by a very simple method of mystical alchemy. This book presents an alternative way to respond to hostile situations and people, without relinquishing power or integrity. I am both challenged and inspired at the same time.

An insightful book that opens your eyes to a more loving, kinder perspective on the world and its inhabitants through the powerful energy of 'blessings'.

The paper quality is poor not worth the amount

I might be sceptic for many things, but I am going to share a little story that happened to me today. I was listening to this book, and I stopped to explain to my mom what it means. Why the blessing is important, how it affects you and people around. 1 hour later, I had to say to her goodbye as she was getting out of the car, and she blessed me in our Albanian language: U gezofsh (joy upon you)! I smiled and looked at her, and she replied: I really meant it. It felt wonderful because it was genuine and thoughtful.

Ich habe dieses Buch als täglichen Leckerbissen aufgespart, weil ich es so inspirierend und fein in der Energie und zutiefst angenehm empfand. Der Autor ist kein Besserwisser, sondern vermittelt Gelebtes. Ich mag es, wenn die Menschen aus ihrem Leben authentisch erzählen und dann ihre Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse als Geschenk (manchmal auch als Abkürzung für die Leser) weitergeben. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt mit seiner Ausstrahlung und den feinen Differenzierungen zu dem großen Thema des Segnens. Ein Freund erzählte mir, wie eindrucksvoll der Autor auch als Redner und Seminarleiter ist. Sein Charisma kommt ohne jegliches Abgehobensein aus und ist gut zwischen den Zeilen zu spüren. Ich habe mich mit diesem Buch sehr inspiriert gefühlt und bin seitdem hoch motiviert, täglich beim Segnen zu bleiben. Ich hoffe sehr, dass es bald einen deutschen Verlag findet!

Amazing book, what a gift. I've been using blessing for years now but this book just reinforces what I know to be true. A blessing that was given to me by an amazing teacher and I use it with the people in my life daily is this, "I bless the essence that you are and I send you love." Try it you'll find is easy to use and bless the people in your life on a soul that takes away the personal image and gives you freedom to bless them as often as you wish. It works, you'll find when you remove the personality and go to soul/spirit level after a few days of blessing, that person usually make contact with you. Enjoy the book, it's amazing.

There were days while I was reading this beautiful book that my heart would spill over with love and my entire day would be full of “chance” blessings. It was amazing. It is my fervent intention to make blessing a part of the rhythm of my life.
