There are two things that I don't like about this kit. The wool is identified by letters which is good, but the paper pattern is the same and it is so small and with the letters running into each other makes it difficult to see. It is so small that I used my tablet to take a picture of the area to see what letters I need to use. My eye sight is quite good, but this is so tiny it adds eye strain. The rug hook tool that they sent is useless in my opinion. It is smaller than a pencil and be difficult to get a grip on.For the pro's they did a nice job on the backing and I think once I get over the letter issue it will turn out fine. I have done a lot rug hooking and normally the canvas has the same colors that you need to use to do the rug. Not in this case. They only outline the wolves head. I would not buy another of these from Lubots.

I just received my Lubots Latch Hook Kit "Light House" It was Wow! I consider this rug kit as a "Show & Tell project" for my grandchildren ages 15 & 13 years old and it is Wow! The quality of the yarn, pre-printed canvas and border detail is a great value. The additional storage case is excellent for "starting and stopping" the instructional project that is a wonderfully displayed Lighthouse and sea shore setting. My grand children love the rug development. Thanks, Amazon.com

This is very poorly made. The item is 5inches too small. Also the print directions are for the larger size so do not correspond with the actual item.Have ordered several different latch hooks and have never had this problem before.
