I call these 'tie down rings'...they arrived quickly and as described. They are high quality stainless and appear to be very sturdy. The ring is large enough to accept the 'S' hooks on my tie down straps. They fit both my Yakima rails and the rails of my Bed Slide. I haven't put them to use yet and will update after use but I'm optimistic they are going to work great.

I purchased the hese to strap down a kayak. They worked perfectly on the rhino rack pioneer system. Held the kayak securely for 2 hour 75mph trip.

Nice tie downs, very sturdy and effective. However, my Rhino Rack tracks have very wide 1/2” slots, the provided flat washers are grossly undersized. I used two thick stainless fender washers per eye, to raise the opening so that there was minimal thread interfering with my straps. I think these should come with the set instead of those tiny ones. Since the seller didn’t post any measurements and didn’t respond to questions about measurements, I’ve taken some and posted them here (pictures). The quality is just average. 2/4 of the threads have quality issues and the stud looks like it’s just a bolt threaded through the plate with the head cut off. I would not trust these for med-high tensile use. I probably wouldn’t even use ratchet straps on them. They do, however, fit the slots in the Yakima HD crossbars nicely

I bought these for a Yakima channel that came on a top I bought for my Jeep Wrangler. The eye bolt is perfect for tying things down that don't utilize the two cross bars. I originally bought one set of 4, but came back to order another set so I could have 3 tie down eye bolts between each cross bar. Perfect for the rooftop 'bag' that I bought for an upcoming trip. Since some of the bases are a bit curved (from either welding in the post, or during the stamping process) I had to modify them to fit and/or slide in my tracks. I show in the pictures, how they come (with sharp edges) and how I knocked off the edges and thinned the material a tad. A tad is thousands of an inch. :) Once shaved down, they worked perfect for my needs. Now, let's see how this 304 chinese stainless holds up to the weather. I find that often it has too much carbon and shows rust. Time will tell!

I just installed an awning bracket on my rhino roof rack and the bolt just snap right off the channel. and it was rusted a few days that I have installed.
