Great product. It is more oil like than a regular leave-in. But it definitely helped my dryness

I've been very impressed with the CRVFT Daily Leave-In Conditioner. It helps keep hair soft, manageable, and healthy-looking without feeling greasy or heavy. I’ve been using this stuff for a long time, it works really well and smells nice. The problem is the bottle, it’s awful. It makes the biggest mess and not even think about letting it fall in its side accidentally because then oil is everywhere. They know the packaging is problematic and haven’t done anything about it. In fact the previous bottle they used was a little better. UPDATE—— Seller reached out to me to inform they are working on solutions and was very pleasant to work with. Leaving it at 4 stars until packaging changes but if it’s improved this is a 5 star item.

[Update] (+1 star) Still keeping all of my original review the same (See below). However, they do get a +1 bump simply because of how great their customer service was/is. They reached out to me right away after my review posted and immediately offered a refund & a replacement product. I confirmed with them the product will still have the same faulty design on the pump, and because of that I cannot change the core complaint of my review (Since this is a product review, to be fair). However, I was told they are working on an updated pump design and if/when I see that and I works better. I will be MORE than happy to come back and give this product a fresh review! ___ First off, the product itself is good. It feels great in my hair and seems to work well for hydration. However, the bottle given, is not the bottle pictured on the product page when you buy this item. And instead, it has a tiny little spout, that gives you no way to pump the product onto your hand, without also getting product on the bottle itself and making a mess. Really quite an annoying design!

Post 30day review, This stuff is fantastic it makes a noticeable difference in how my hair looks and feels. I started growing my hair out a year ago and when it got long enough needed to start getting it softer and looking it's best, did some research and found CRVFT. Use it on damp hair, it doesn't give the same if your hair is dry. I like to aggressively towel dry my hair right out of the shower and apply. My hair never gets as wavy/curly without it. 10/10 About to be buying my next bottle.
