I ordered two pieces of mopani. I ended up receiving 1 mopani and 1 spiderwood. The spiderwood was damaged on the delivery its a shame because it was a nice piece of spiderwood. I emailed the card and sent them pictures and they got back to me very quickly. They apologized for the mix up and said they will send me another order in 3 days. So if I do receive the other piece of mopani I will only be purchasing my driftwoods from them from here on out. Because excellent customer service and the quality of the driftwood it just a shame the spiderwood i didn't order got damaged during shipping because it was a excellent looking piece.

I’m really impressed with this driftwood and the customer service from the company who sells it! The pieces I received were exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell right away that no two pieces are the same and they were a great size. The wood is sturdy and high quality. It also cleaned up easily once you follow the included instructions. If you’re looking for authentic looking driftwood that stands out and gives your tank a natural feel, I definitely recommend this. Great value for the price and I would absolutely purchase again!

Very good wood a lot of tannins came out immediately and you get 2 fairly nice peices for what a lot of people charge for 1 and looks great in my tank

Very happy with the 2 pieces of driftwood I received! I was hesitant at first, after having rotten luck ordering driftwood from one of the 'big-box' pet stores & getting really crappy stuff. But I needed some good wood for the tank I'm setting up & was quite pleased with the two pieces that "majoywoo" sent. Both pieces have interesting shape & textures. I like that they can be placed in different orientations/positions that give various appearances. When soaking them initially, there was only a small amount of tannins released - (as opposed to the junky flat wood from the pet store that make the water turn almost-opaque-dark brown within 15 minutes!) I'm still working out how I want my tank to look, and what plants, stones & other decor to add - I most likely will come back here & get more wood once I'm further along with getting my tank set up.

I'd recommend ordering larger than you think. The wood itself is solid. Quality and color are nice. It arrived dry, clean, and wrapped in about 8 pounds of tape and bubble wrap. That said, I can't help but be a bit disappointed. The pieces are quite a bit smaller than anticipated. They do indeed meet the length as listed, but I feel selling by length alone is a bit misleading. I can't really fault the seller either as it's .... wood. Each piece is gonna be different, I get it.

I received the driftwood on time. I soaked it for two days before placing in my tank. One piece of driftwood was suitable for the tank and was able to be placed however it molded less than a week later inside the tank. The other piece of driftwood was completely burnt at the bottom, smelled like cigarettes or like a fire, and was deemed useless after soaking because it turned the purified water i soaked it in BROWN and smelling like smoke. Unsafe for fish. After being removed from the water it molded. Do not recommend. Find a higher quality product somewhere else. I probably could have done better if I sourced my own driftwood on the beach and sanitized it myself.

In the picture is two pieces of driftwood stacked together. The pieces are beautifullllll. Tbh the better sides of the driftwood aren’t even how I set it up so the picture doesn’t even show the full beauty of the set I received. I didn’t set up with the beautiful angles of the wood because I wanted a little hole in the middle where my “path” is. One piece sank right away, but one of them was a process. I boiled them both on 3 separate nights, so I would boil for 2-3 hours, and then let them sit in the hot pot overnight. During the day, so my kitchen was presentable, I put them outside in a water filled bucket. They did sank after the first 2 boils but I did one more just to get some more tannins out of them. The water in the bucket was no help as it’s freezing temps here, so it was basically just to keep them soaked between boils. Hopefully that helps anyone during this process. The size I ordered is the perfect size for my tank 10 gal. I wouldn’t have gone smaller nor bigger. It’s not plastic, it’s real driftwood. The wood is strong and did not break apart even tho I did boil it for quite some time. Amazing value. Each piece I received would’ve been $25+ from any common pet store. Yet I got two for that price. When I rescape other tanks, I will absolutely purchase from here again. Packaged extremely well!

Ordered for my pond and aquarium. Each piece is unique and naturally beautiful. I've probably ordered a dozen of these over the past few years. Each time I unbox them it's a treat to see what they'll look like.

They look great! At first I thought the one on the left was uninspiring, but then I found that in just the right position it looks like a ring-wraith or something. $50 is too much, though. If they were priced closer to $30 I'd buy a whole bunch.
