A friend recommended and gave me a small tube of this for a horse that was having ear issues and irritation from summer insects. I couldn't get anywhere near his ear and haltering and bridling had become difficult. A $200+ vet visit and prescribed medicine was not showing any improvement. After only 1 day of using this, the ear started healing. After 3 days. I could touch his ear again, and now he is back to his normal self. I was so appreciative that I bought this 2 pack and gave her the other bottle as a thank you. I had never used this before, but it will now remain a staple in my horse care kit!

I use it for rain rot around hooves

I continue to be impressed with this product! The lotion is something I use every day on my mare, who is prone to fungus issues. It has worked excellently to prevent scratches, rain rot and other common skin problems. During the wet weather, I keep her ankles and lower leg well oiled, and it has really helped stop the hot, crusty spots from forming around her ankle. I also love to put a dot of the lotion on a rag and rub her face down- it leaves her super clean and shiny, removing all debris and dirt with no water. The scent is pleasant and it doesn’t leave an oily residue on your hands or the horses fur like the zinc based products. I definitely recommend adding this to your grooming tote!

Product is great..I've used it before but one of the kids was not on tight, so it leaked all in the packaging and box. Cleaned the bottles up and the package of wipes to see if maybe one of the bottles has a leak..next time I will buy in person

This helps with sweet itch, cannon crud, and dry flakey skin. I put on mane and tail of a new horse that was rubbing his mane and tail out, and it helped right away. For cannon crud, it works in once application. For draft crosses with feathers, it helps with some of the weird skin stuff they can get. Expensive, but worth it.

If your horse has scratches, rain rot, bad or a similar type of skin issue, this is absolutely the stuff you want to use. I bought a horse who was delivered with some pretty significant rain rot, to the point he was pr aetty much going bald from the middle of his back to his croup. Within two or three days he was more comfortable and within a week he was already starting to regrow hair in the bald spots.
