Life Extension Super K, 90 Softgels (Pack of 2)

This particular version of LifeExtensions Super K is different than the LifeExtensions Super K with "Advanced K2 Complex." This one has 50% more K1 -- 1500 vs 1000Mcg BUT their Advanced K2 Complex has 100% more K2 M-7 -- 200mcg versus this one having 100Mcg. K2 has been shown to be much more important than K1 so increasing the numbers at the expense of K2 is not a plus. K2 MK-7, the one that this has less of, remains in the blood stream 9 times longer than K2 MK-4 (72 hours vs 8 hrs). MK-7 holds much larger quantities of Vitamin K in the bloodstream but it's more expensive because it's not synthetic. That's probably why the K1 here is a higher level than is available in the Advanced K2 complex - it's a tradeoff.

We got the Super K quickly and as expected. Since the blood clotting issue takes several months of Vitamin K administration before we can tell if it works, we will provide a followup review on the effectiveness of the Vitamin K then. However, we are quite optimistic because this blend of K is the best we could find. Fingers Crossed!!

My vitamin D is low so I am taking to increase absorption of vitamin D. Will have to wait on test results.

This keeps my Achilles’ tendon pain away. Each time I stop taking it the pain comes back. So as long as I keep taking it no pain. Works great not sure how it works but it does!!

My scan for osteoporosis was greatly improved.

This is very necessary for preventing osteoporosis. This has all 3 of th K vitamins that are necessary for strong bones. Watch Dr Whitcoms you tube video where he talks about this.
