Excellent product. This is what I've been looking for. Because I'm buying this for my mom's health, I've spent days researching ceylon cinnamon reviews everywhere and so far this is the one I'm most happy with. Though not a lot of reviews for this one but I trust my instincts after reading every brand of ceylon cinnamon product details and reviews out there. Not that some other brands are not true ceylon but I read their complaints too. I took a chance and bought it. Soooo happy I did. I know what ceylon cinnamon is. The previous product I bought was terrible. Taste like saw dust plus a little cinnamon. I then bought a small bottle from Wholefoods and it was great but expensive. So I now have 4 types of cinnamon to compare with. The old brand which I will toss out soon, I have the small bottle of ceylon, this Laksoil Cinnamon and the typical Vietnamese cinnamon (stronger and harsh aroma with a reddish hue) from a big brand. This Laksoil ceylon and the one I bought from Wholefoods was the same, light in color and fresh cinnamon aroma. My mom gave it a thumbs up. I really hope this company will continue to sell this brand as is and not change or add any other fillers to make more money. I'm sure many of us had experienced "It used to be very good and now it's Meh". I have no complaints on this brand. Love this ceylon cinnamon, will buy again.

Have been using this cinnamon for some time, love the taste and we use it on yogurt, for flavoring drinks, in coffee and it exceeds our needs as a true cinnamon product with no fillers. It is organic and is backed by certifications as noted on the product as well as available when asking owner. Will be purchasing again due to its great flavor and natural taste.

Unfortunately I didn’t believe previous reviews saying it tastes like dust. I have thought these people were consuming cinnamon cassia before which tastes much stronger. But I am used to the real Cinnamon Ceylon I still have some leftovers in powder and sticks form and this Laksoil cinnamon is nothing like it! Nor taste - there is almost no taste! I put a whole table spoon of it in a cooky dough and I could not taste the cinnamon at all!Nor the color - it looks like if someone blended cinnamon powder with something else.I made a photo with the Ceylon cinnamon powder that I had before on the right down, the Laksoil on the left down and the Ceylon cinnamon powder I grinded myself from sticks - it’s up on the plate. You can see that the powder I made myself is the darkest (I put the stick that I grinded there too so you can see it the Ceylon), the powder that I have from before is second in color and the Laksoil is one with the color of dusty thing.I was ready to pay more for the real thing, unfortunately this one is not a good product.My guess is that it might be the Ceylon cinnamon but mixed with something else or not cleaned before grinding at all.Very disappointed!

Delicious, mild flavor, doesn't get fireball hot like Indonesian cinnamon. Smooth tasting, refreshing with whatever you wish, I add to corn flakes, tea, coffee. baked goods, puddings, etc.

So glad to finally figure out why the ‘cinnamon’ I’ve been getting for years is so bad! It wasn’t cinnamon at all. It really should be called something else. This is the REAL DEAL and it tastes so good!

Fabulous! Great sweet taste, but you do need more of it than regular cinnamon
