This is not as good as the discription says
We purchased this board because it had a solid top with holes in it. The reality is that it is very weak, the top in front of where the legs attach flexes quite a lot. This is because the framing around the side is only a single approx 1/2 inch roll over of the top, that is probably 20 gauge or lighter metal. Overall I would say that this board is no better than a $50 board. We returned it immediately. I would be a little doubtful about it being a "Professional" ironing board.
