After years of getting salon keratin treatments I decided to try this product. I didn’t know if it would live up to the online “hype”. I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to apply. No harsh chemical smell since it has no formaldehyde. You can use any shampoo before the treatment and don’t have to worry about a clarifying treatment that a salon would do. Apply to clean damp hair, wait about 40 minutes, blow dry and flat iron and you’re good to go. You can use hair clips and tuck hair behind your ears, it doesn’t matter like it does with salon keratin. My hair was soft and smooth when done. My natural hair is very curly and frizzy. I live in a humid area. Hopefully it will last the summer but so far so good. My salon charges at least double what this treatment is.

I bought this because I was worried about damaging my hair from too much heat. My hair is very fine (thin strands and not dense) with 4a curl pattern. I grew out a low-cut fade and was attempting to wear my hair out straight again but it wasn’t long before me and my patience were on a front row seat of the struggle bus. I went to a salon for a silk press and the stylist used way too much heat, so I decided to take things into my own hands. I chose this product because it isn’t a permanent straightener, and honestly…I was super skeptical that it would even work. But it DID. I left it on for about 30 minutes and the results were night and day compared to trying to straighten my hair with just a blow dryer and flat iron. It made the whole process so much easier and cut down on how much time (and heat) I needed. I’ve only used it once, on December 17, and I’m still getting really good results. I don’t straighten my hair often; now I mostly just blow-dry and set it on flexi rods, and it comes out great. If you have fine hair and want straighter results without relying on a ton of heat, this was a win for me.

I've been using this for YEARS with GREAT results, lasting MONTHS.... AND recommend to EVERYONE. THIS TIME - 3 weeks ago, perfect, sleek & shiny, soft with NO frizz. 3 days after washed my hair and the frizz was UN manageable & ruddy .... worst than before. Purchased another and used it AND AGAIN same result. Was it old, expired, change of ingredients?????????????

I have white girl curly 3b hair that frizzes easily. It smooths out well when I flat iron it. I get a keratin treatment once a year for $300+tip, so I was happy to find an affordable DIY option. The good: Directions are straightforward. I did my hair in sections (bra strap length hair) and a full tube was just right. The smell wasn’t overpowering (I’m fairly sensitive) but I had the fan on anyways. A little stinging on my scalp but that was gone after rinsing. My hair is averaging thickness and density, and I left it on for 50 minutes (from last strand covered). Rinsing was fine; did about 30-60 seconds till it felt “conditioned” but not squeaky. Brushed while blow drying, flat iron at 410 (my usual), 2-3 passes per section. Results looked similar to my expensive keratin treatment but less greasy. Super straight and flat. Just did my first wash and it’s super soft, smooth for just a blow dry, and areas I left damp are bouncing back to a wavy shape, but no frizz! The bad: The stink! It’s honestly not bad at first after flat ironing. A little chemical/perfume smell but nothing really noticeable. But as soon as it gets wet it smells like burned hair and wet dog. I’m taking sweat, rain drops, etc. This is before first wash. Normally I wash my hair 1x a week but I had to wash it on day 3 because I got rained on, and I couldn’t take it. Still stinks in shower after wash/conditioning. Now that it’s dry again it’s not noticeable, but I feel like it will stink whenever I sweat for at least 2 more washes. I’ll update once it wears off!

I’m a retired hairdresser of 20 years. Use to do keratin blowouts all the time on my clients. Moved to Florida and was having trouble locating a professional store to purchase more so I decided to give this a try. I am very pleased. It’s always best to shampoo first with a clarifier to fully remove any buildup and with products like this, less is more and comb it thru each section. Had amazing results! No bad smell

This product works great. If you’re on the fence about buying it . Dont hesitate to do so.

First couple of times I purchased this it worked great. This last time it’s not straightening my hair like it should.

So easy to use and works great on my thin fine hair. I’ve used it multiple times even on bleached hair never had damage.
