Why aren't you using Stevia for your sweetener?

I am another customer that is DELIGHTED that you do not use Stevia. It tastes like artificial sweetener and should be disclosed as such. It is deceptive when producers say "naturally sweetened" and use Stevia or something like it! Thank you Simple Mixes!

Is this gmo free? Is the beef gelatin from gmo feed cattle?

I don’t know if they are GMO free but they are made from beef gelatin. I bought them because they are natural flavors not chemical flavorings and colors. They are not bad, but you need a little extra gelatin to make them really great. Are usually have some plain gelatin that I can add to them when I make them

The definition for our "Natural Flavors" is: "the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive which contain the flavor constituents derived from natural sources, and provide flavor enhancement to a particular product." MSG is NOT an ingredient in our natural flavors (or any other of our ingredients).
