Solid coenzyme Q10 supplement. This is especially important to take if you are on any statins, or even red yeast rice, which contains the natural equivalent of a statin.When it comes to supplements, I tend towards generic, well tested brands for the generic supplements like this, and brand names for well researched, proprietary blends. I don't think you need to spend top dollar on a CoQ10 supplement, which is why I like this product.

Heard about these during the height of the pandemic and never picked them up. I’ve recently added them to my daily regimen. They are a medium size capsule and easy to swallow. Slight energy boost is the main function but the immune support can’t be beat. Definitely a repeat buyer
