I was Hoping to increase my energy by taking these because my doctor said my iron looked a little low so I purchased this. Pills are very small and easy to swallow. They come in a glass jar. I haven’t really noticed any major changes, but it was worth a try.

Seems to be doing its job. I take them in the morning or at night but I prefer nighttime as I have gotten a tad queasy in the morning, however, I’m an intermittent foster so that could have to do with it. Hasn’t caused any constipation. I also take two every other day - my doctor says studies show it absorbs better this way, but that could also be causing the occasional morning queasiness.

My wife warned me that these could miss with my gut. I have been on them for several weeks and so far so good.
