Excellent quality and taste
Soak for over 15 hours in hot water with salt. Cook in a pressure cooker for an hour. Simmer after the first whistle. The jackets are not rough and do not separate and float. The chana cooks softly to the core. Very tasty. Makes excellent Chole and hummus. Fresh chana. Surprised at the reasonable price. Must buy.

Great taste
It is costlier than other brands but only when you cook and eat can you appreciate the difference. The chana becomes soft and even if you do not add many masalas , it tastes great.The cooking time is much less too.I have found that it also causes less bloating compared to other non-organic chana.
