Can these be used for emergency or just practice?

These bag valve masks are used for training purposes only

What is the difference between these and a real bvm?

These BVM's are manufactured for training purposes only, therefore we do not recommend using them in a real situation. This is mainly because they are not manufactured to the same standards that a real BVM would be.
