Bad reputation but I’ve not had any issues

I’m terribly concerned and confused about any of their products now because some women are saying that their food has mold in it, the wheels are hurting and killing gliders. I’ve not had any issues with anything I’ve gotten except a cage. The food has been good so far. Except the gliders don’t seem to like it much.🤢😂
