Top notch as expected from B&W
I bought these for my wife to use for phone calls b/c she is on the phone a LOT for work purposes. As expected from B&W...excellent sound reproduction overall!! For misic...I don't know how they manage to produce such a rich and full soundstage. A little heavy on the low frequencies for my personal taste, but one can adjust this with an equalizer app (assuming use with a phone or tablet) if need be. Excellent sound quality for phone calls. Voices are clear on both ends. Noise cancelling is a bit subject to the fit in ypur ear. If you get a good seal in your ear canal...lesser ambient sounds do not leak in. Personal comfort level is key IMO. i.e. How hard do you wish to push these into your ears. A good portion of these buds are metal, so not as light weight as lesser quality earbuds. Still, not nearly as heavy as a pair of over the ear headphones, and still very comfortable. Comes with 3 additional...I don't know what they are called...the cover portion thst goes into your ear canal. All are different size, so you just need to pick the one that is most comfortable. Functionally there is a touch sensor. It works as expected and does NOT require a heavy touch. Great product over all!!

Garbage. Save your money.
1) Lose connection off and on even when 3 feet away from device. 2) Useless for calls -loses audio quality after several minutes and starts to echo 3) Noise cancelling is good- and probably the only thing they are good for. Just that. Put them in and that's it- don't listen to anything. Just a quieter environment- although foam earplugs work better and are like $0.02 not $250 4) Battery life is mediocre 5) Shape is not helpful to adjusting or keeping them in ears. Solution: Apple airpods. Seriously, these B&O are garbage.

Great sound (well, mostly), ok battery life, poor functionality
These are made by a company known for exquisite sound quality in audio loudspeakers. Being a mastering engineer, myself, I know B&W are loved by even Abbey Road Mastering, among many other Grammy-winning mastering houses. These ear-buds aren't those, and nobody should expect them to be. They're tiny. However, they're far from neutral. They're bass-heavy, which is fine for road-use and listening while on a plane or train. However, sitting at home, they're a bit hefty in the low end with lacking articulation and clarity in the low-end. Everything else is ok, even if the mids are slightly scooped. Battery life isn't great, but again, you can't expect that in light of decent noise-cancellation and sound quality. That said, if B&W would provide an option to reduce the bass, this might could prolong battery life significantly. Here's my big issue with these ear-buds that made me return them: Functionality is flaky. If I have them in my ears, and I move my ears muscles back, audio may stop playback. There's some SUPER-sensitive controls inside the ear-buds, I would have preferred to simply eliminate, or make optional. Since that didn't seem to be offered, I returned them. It's too difficult to enjoy something unreliable in the sense of trying to sit perfectly still and not adjust them.

Beautiful sound and comfort, worth a little learning curve.
They sound great and are easy to use once I got the hang of it. Without any switches, volume controls, or any other control of settings, it did take me several tries to figure out the push button controls in the ear pieces. Today I turned off my bluetooth mouse by accident and turned it back on almost immediately. In that moment, I lost my bluetooth connection to me headphones and the computer turned on music that I had paused in Spotify. I needed to go to my system settings for bluetooth to turn the headphones back on. Note, this is my first pair of wireless, in the ear headphones so it is taking me a little while to learn how to work with them. They sound totally amazing.

Decent Sound, Clunky App & Connection
I own 5 different B&W products and am generally satisfied with each. The PI5 is comparable in fit with Sennheiser MWs, and protrudes from the ear similarly. The B&W connection requires going to the settings/blue tooth list, pressing the button on the PI5 case & wait for the connection; then, and only then can you remove the buds from the case & use them. Should the lid on the earbud case close accidentally before removing the both buds, the connection is lost, and one has to restart the connection process. I am able to ride my bicycle for 30 miles without an earbud falling out. No dropped connections, after wearing the PI5s on the bike for at least 20 hours, through different terrain. The noise cancellation isn’t as good as other brands, especially on windy days; switching to a larger earpad for a snugger fit isn’t feasible for me, since the earbuds aren’t as securely in the ear canal. (BTW, I also own the similar PI7, for use with my DAP—useful on shorter flights, when I don’t want to carry over/the-ear headphones.) The PI5 (& 7) cases are very similar, and rather cheap feeling, plus I don’t care for the flip top that closes too easily. Both products, sadly, are made in China.

Really high quality, but pricy
The sound quality of these are incredible for a wireless earbud. The bass is the best I've experienced in a wireless earbud, and the call quality is very good as well. I like that you can use either the left or the right individually (not just the right like many buds). The noise cancellation is really nice and the ambient pass through is nice. My only complaint is the price. While these are very nice, you'll have to decide if you're willing to pay the pricetag for premium quality, these are a very premium set of earbuds.

to finicky
had the over ear headphone, had high hopes when first got these the sound quality is very good the sound volume is not very loud the battery life is on the lower side but not to big of a deal. the negatives over weight the positives they are very finicky at times especially for the price they are, sometimes you'll pull out pone headphone and it will not connect to it until you use both at the same time then you can put one away. when you go from inside the house to the cold the headphones will pause and play nonstop not usable at times. the in ear sensor is way to sensitive it will randomly pause, that feature is unusable had to disable it. I would not recommend these and would not buy again.

Very disappointing
I looking forward to using these having done extensive research. Sadly, they turned out to be hugely disappointing. After just 2 weeks, i ended up returning them. Devices: iPhone SE and iPad Pro. Observations: 1. Sound quality is poor. Almost no base and "tinny" sound. It improves if you literally press them hard into your ear canal but that isn't a sustainable solution. It also pauses any playback because the touch buttons are so sensitive. 2. Frequent echoing on calls. Frequently, and randomly, the counter-party on phone calls would hear echoes of themselves. The speaker (me) has no echo. Customer care claims this never happens (doubtful) and suggested resetting. Which i did multiple times. This alone makes these headphone unusable. 3. Poor battery life. After just 2 weeks, the battery life on purely music playback was down to about 3 hours. Only positive: very helpful and responsive customer care.

Sound Quality
The B&W PX7 is not a very good upgrade from the previous model or to many other headsets. The Bad: - The quality of the built is not that good with the very bad cheap quality of the case. - Noise cancellation is not that good I still can hear a lot of noise when I use it on the road - It kept on falling from my ear. They need to add a hook so it stays in your ear since it's quite a heavy earphone. - Tried it for different genres of music and for movies. The bass of the earphone is just not that powerful for EDM. Listening to jazz. mainstream is okay. It is not good for classic - Need to have a louder option since it is not loud enough The good: - Listening to movies has quite a muffling system so it was quite good to watch movies with this. Nonetheless, it still did not outweigh the bad. - Aluminium design added on the earphone so it was not that bad B&W still needs a lot of things to reach out to compete with the other competitors. I hope they listen to this feedback and get better for the next headset!

Terrible connectivity makes this useless
A company like B&W should be ashamed of releasing a product that has sooo many connectivity flaws...the sound, design and fit is very good so it could have potentially a good product but I've had so many problems like already mentioned in many reviews that makes these earphones useless

Charging and connection issues not for everyday use
Bowers & Wilkins need to improve their wireless game. This is my second pair and after only few weeks of moderate use they are barely usable. The first PI5s worked for few hours and then died. I received a second pair and they continue to have issues at least they worked for little longer this time. The battery life is not sufficient especially compared to the competition, you will be lucky to get a decent workout from them. The sensors are struggling to detect anything it randomly stops in my ear when taken out they stop playing as they should only to play and stop randomly until you put them into the case that means that you will have to put them neatly into their case if you want to talk to anyone even for a minute, there is no stop pass through so you will can’t even leave them in ear. Borderline annoying sounds at every step no one mentions this the headphones will play very loud chimes at every step and while the call quality is one of the only things done well, every time even with the volume level at minimum the first ring is set to the loudest setting and then it switches to the current volume this will kick your eardrum. The case is cheap plastic for that brand and price very poorly designed as well as the taking out of the headphones you need both hands and be careful not to rip of the lid. They sit in ears fairly well and will provide really good passive noise canceling ANC is not going add much more isolation. You will hear People talking loudly, construction noise and any beeping sounds. The only thing that it is good at isolating is cars driving slowly people walking next to you and pretty much all the surrounding sounds that you are used to orient yourself will be blocked but the annoying sounds that you want to block will not be blocked at all. However that is also it’s bad points when walking or exercise they feel uncomfortable because they are too snug. It unfortunately fails all the things that you want from a wireless headphones the only time that they are usable was at home, where you can have a nice overhead headphones that have amazing sound for that price or less. Finally the sound quality this is subjective: I found the signature really balanced with silent but wide range bass not overpowering enough for most but not punchy enough 70% volume in quiet environment. Great for listening to any type of music with detail and good quality. There is not enough volume they are very silent and because of ANC 70% volume even outside is ideal for casual listening, however if your favourite song comes on these are quiet. That is if they work. Even when they work it’s not a good design for everyday usage and they are not even worth the price I was unlucky with my items being faulty, however I would not buy them again even if they worked perfectly as the sound quality is not worth so many shortcomings cheap quality and annoyance.

Excelente calidad de audio códecs compatibles Aptx/AAC
Me encantan, para mí gusto son de los mejores auriculares posiblemente del mercado, aunque son muy caros pero valen la pena comprarlos recomendados sin duda alguna. ✌🏼
