I work up a sweat on our farm and need lots of water. Nothing refreshes me like these tablets in water. I make up three of them in the morning and put them in the fridge. By noon, they're ready to satisfy my thirst in a way water can't. They make water so easy to drink, and they seem to give me strength to get back into the heat to finish the work. I can't imagine going without them in the hot months. Lemon/lime is a weak flavor; I'll try something stronger next time.

Nuun tablets are really convenient for use at home or on the road or the trail because they're dry tablets which fizz when you drop them in regular water, so you're not carrying around multiple bottles of gatorade to keep yourself hydrated. The size of the tablet means you'll need a wide-mouth water bottle, but besides the carrying tube, there's not a sleeve of plastic waste to cart around and pack out or powder to spill as you're trying to pour it into the bottle. The lemon/lime flavor is good; there's a wide variety of Nuun tablets so make sure you're getting the ingredients you want and avoiding any ingredients you don't want. Shaking the bottle is sufficient to mix them into the water, but excess gas means you'll have to open the bottle periodically to avoid pressure build up as they dissolve. Four sturdy tubes in this package, and they're cheaper this way than buying individually.

Taste good and it does hydrate. We use it during our trips and hike.

I've been buying lemon-lime Nuun tabs for over 7 years. I used them when trail cycling and to ease leg restlessness. Worked flawlessly as a FAST electrolyte renewer, and tasted GREAT. So what happens? Just like New Coke, Nuun "reformulated" the tabs in the process of coming with out with a number of different varieties and new flavors. But the new "Nuun Active" tabs are AWFUL. First off, the containers now have only 10 tabs instead of 12 at the same price - a 17% price increase. OK, I'd gladly pay more if they were like the original Nuun tabs. But they're NOT. Also, they take more than twice as long to dissolve in a pint of water, and leave more undissolved residue than the old tabs did. Not a serious problem but very inconvenient when on the trail. But more importantly the flavor is now TOTALLY different - it's like drinking lemonade made with chalk water. It's TERRIBLE - and it's harder to get the chalky lemon-lime taste out of your water bottle when it's time to refill with ordinary water. Why Nuun couldn't continue to make the "original recipe" as one of their many new styles is beyond me. I'd pay more for the original recipe if it was available - but no go. So I've switched to SIS Lemon tabs which DOESN'T have stevia and tastes OK. Plus way cheaper than NUUN. Be warned - the new stuff ain't what you're used to. BTW, when over 21% of your loyal customers pan your new product with 1-star and words like terrible, horrible, undrinkable, throwing it away, bad batch, etc. it seems to me that any businessman worth his salt would reconsider eliminating the original product and bring it back as an option. If I was a potential competitor I'd really be smiling right about now!

Good, but buying only when there is a discount.

It is the second batch of tablets we have purchased which have been crystallised. I believe they have been discontinued on IHerb. We are disappointed in this product and Amazon should remove them from sale.

Used this for two 4 hour+ Spartan races in the summer heat and it seemed to help.
