It's silky and smooth like sport pants. :)

Yes. My son also wears size 18/20 and these fit him perfectly. :)

Q: Do these have a pull string to adjust the waist size?

They don’t have a draw string. My son is a 14/16 and that is the size I got him. They are true to size.
