Helped so much with anxiety in Menopause & weight/cravings
I read about this in a magazine article about Menopause supplements, I’ve been suffering terribly from anxiety and also lots of weight gain, I thought I’d try as natural and said helps with the anxiety. I noticed a difference within days of taking, also my cravings for sweets and my appetite has diminished, I am eating better and less and exercising every morning, it has given me enough energy and the anxiety has hugely reduced. I highly recommend this product

Can I return this?
I took one tablet today and one hour later I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I dropped into a very deep sleep. I am still not feeling awake yet and I woke up a couple of hours ago. I won’t be taking this supplement as it certainly will not help me feel more alert and focused. Can I return it?

Great tool for ONLY when you're stressed or your energy is depleted, I would take it on days I really need it otherwise you'd build tolerance, my initial experience was having better clarity (at night) although if you take it in the day it'd be a small boost. I recommend research if you really need it otherwise it does it job.

Helpful for concentration and brain fog
Seems to help me with focus. I get a lot of brain fog from my fibromyalgia.

Nice for Jetlag
I have ADHD and this is great for me to use for my jetlag coming back to the states. I don’t notice a significant effect in energy or focus since I don’t use it every day, but for the jetlag along it is worth it (melatonin only works when flying to the eastern hemisphere, not vice versa.) The capsules are a bit big but do not taste or smell super strongly.
