I have been using this electric mop for over a month now and absolutely love it. It's very easy to assemble everything together, easy to adjust the length of the handle, and easy to recharge the battery regularly. It saves so much time and energy of mine moping our floor. Cordless feature makes it very convenient to move around, clean upstairs and downs freely without restrictions of wire. Two types of cloth pads allow for different usage to clean or wax my floor while protecting the surface. The appearance of the mop is simple, moden and classic. I love a lot how nice looking it is.

Easy to put together, and cleans great. Didn’t seem to have much power initially, but I was definitely surprised at how well it picked up tough spots in the floor and how clean it looked when I was done. Followed it up with polish and the waxing pads, my floor looks fantastic. Just as good as when I scrub on my hands and knees, which is painful and time consuming. Definitely my new favorite kitchen accessory. I wish it held more liquid, but that’s a minor complaint and not worth taking a star for. Otherwise, it’s been a great mop!

We've used this for a couple of days so far. It seems to work well. It's not a superfast buffing machine but works to clean the floors. Four stars as we have not had it that long and you do have to be careful about the battery and take it out or use it every week or the battery pack will be damaged.

The mop did not work as stated. No cleaning solution ever came out to wash floor even after doing all that Trouble Shooting recommended. I finally just poured some cleaner on floor and used mop with cleaning disks. These were disks supposedly that would clean up built up spills, etc. IT DID NOTHING but spin and clean small spills (like coffee, juice). Then, it quit and needed to be charged. I barely finished 1/4 of area to clean. Used old mop then rather than sit for who knows how long while mop recharged the battery!!!

OMG! It was worth the wait as I procrastinated over which cleaning product to get for my laminated floors. As the photos show the results were excellent. The battery charges quickly and lasted long enough for me to do my floors. It is very easy to manuever... just guide it. And another plus ...it's soooo quiet.. The cons which won't diminish my 5 star ratings are: 1. There should be a viewing window to determine how much liquid is the tank and 2. There should be more than one set of cleaning cloths provided with the purchase...they get really dirty. I'm hoping that it continues to perform without any issues since I've only used it a few times I can't speak on the durability but at this point I am truly satisfied with this product and I would recommend it.

Love my OGORI ELECTRIC MOP, cleans my floor so well and vey easy to use. No back breaking method, glides easily, does a great job. Highly recommended.

This mop makes moping easy. Ability to change out mop heads and add different products makes cleaning hardwood floors as easy as it can be.HOWEVER... the spraying function stopped working after only 3 uses. Once we finished moping, we would always empty remaining cleaning liquid, rinse mop heads, and pour water in the cleaning cartridge (also running it through the sprayer) in order to rinse out any remaining cleaning detergent. This was not enough. After trying to use the mop for the 3rd time, the sprayer simply would not release anything. We tried our best to unclogged it both externally and internally however there is no easy way to open up the compartment that holds the cleaning liquid. It's such a shame because I imagine this is not that uncommon of an issue (even despite our best attempts at cleaning this compartment out after use). Without fixing this manufacturing flaw, this mop simply isn't worth the money, time, or stress. We were hoping this product could last us for years and unfortunately it didn't make it past 2 months. :(

Nice-looking appliance and very effective and easy to use. It's quieter than the one I had before -- a different brand, which is no longer available, probably because it was defective as a product overall: It broke quickly and permanently.These electric mops are a great idea: They make mopping easy. Finally! Wish they had been available 50 years ago.I've used this one only once. It worked great. Will update this review if there's a future problem.July 18, 2022: Still working great!
