Well it did work for 6 days and did what it claims it will do. Charges solar well and has plenty of features. Then it died. Renogy will not issue a returns label. Messages are still going back and forth. They want videos of the problem, videos of me testing my whole wiring set up, videos of all test figures. Despite having perfectly fine solar ability for the last 5 years and despite wiring up my old unit again which works just fine. The customer service is dire. It seems they do not believe the customers word. I will move on to Victron.

The charger is easy to install and use. I started with low consumption of around 25Wh per day and ended with 250Ah daily, and 11A @ 12V peak charge current.The device got burned when the load tried to consume 15~17A, and the battery got fused off. This condition is barely within its output MOSFET safe operation area, even tho the charger is rated for 20A.

Controller failed , not charging anymore, worked few hours only , one month after bought, contacted renogy no answer for two weeks, Amazon is bad platform for buying this stuff as no buyer protection after 30days if seller no answer, money lost
