Does not stay on shoulder
I bought this after shoulder surgeryNo matter which way I tried it always slid off my shoulder !

Bad buy
This product does not come close as advertised.. it may cool your neck for about 20 minutes maybe.. advertised to last an hour or more in the Texas heat. I would not recommend this product at all. The may the worst buy I have made.
