This is my second purchase of this item. Since I use every night (for severe night sweats after cancer treatment ) and I keep it in the fridge ready for use, the gel inside the pouch had gone a bit hard so I ordered another one. The design has slightly changed with the new one but it is working very well and I am happy with it.

My head is so hot as soon as it hits the pillow that I cannot sleep. I used the cooling pillow last night for the first time. My head felt so cold, which also cools the body. So it did the job and worked for me Hope to get much more sleep from now on?.....Thank you.

Bought them for my mother in law who was in paliative care and she got a lot of relief with them. Only slight complaint they will freeze solid if left to long in a freezer

It keeps cold so does what I needed but the cover is quite firm plastic which is difficult to flatten and uncomfortable to lay your head on. Even under a pillowcase it was uncomfortable hence low rating.

I bought this to help cool me down during periods of night sweats. I keep it by my bed and use it when I wake up hot and sweaty. It gives wonderful relief, instantly cold and refreshing. As other reviews say, it will not stay cold all night so I find this is the best way to use it. I have considered buying a second one but one has been sufficient so far.

This is my second purchase of this pillow. They are brilliant. Have bought cheaper versions before but it is worth the extra pounds. They are extremely well made and have little circles in them which keep the gel in place. They stay cool for much longer and it doesn't seem to take as long for them to cool down again. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for these pillows.

I used this for one night I actually woke up hot and sweaty and took it off the bed. Although the pillow was really lovely cool to start with it actually became so warm it was like sleeping with my head on a hot water bottle.

You've got to have one of these,my wife loves it to bits.

Super Sache an warmen Tagen. Kann auch gut für den Oberkörper genutzt werden, da es groß genug ist, um sich draufzulegen.

Lo he probado de la nevera y dura poco, decidi meterla en el congelador y dura toda la noche, lo importante es tener en cuenta que cuando la saques estará rigida y necesita espcio para sacarla, yo la pongo plegada y a la hora se puede desplegar, el hielo dura unas 9 10 horas. Esperfecta. Llevo usándola unos 3 años, otra anterior que tengo no dura lo mismo, solo 4 o 5h del congelador (pero sale ya flexible del congelador) no se si habrán cambiado el gel.
