What is the appropriate glue?

We recommend to use the heavy duty construction adhesive (Gorilla brand)

Do these meet class A code requirements for fire?

To the test, the Flame Spread Index is 10 which meets the class A, however, the Smoke-developed Index is 500 which fails to meet standard 450

Are these at all flexible? I would install it on a wall with a slight curve

It's can be gently curved, but not too much
