This is a high quality & well designed product. But, don't expect it to do miracles like perfectly clean concrete that hasn't been cleaned in many years. It's very effective is maintaining the cleanliness between professional cleanings. Also, very good for jobs when lower pressure is needed... like tennis courts or fragile stone surfaces. Also, pressure can be adjusted by changing to different nozzles. Also, changing size of wheels will effectively put nozzles closer to (smaller wheels =more pressure ) or farther away ( bigger wheels =less pressure )from ground.

I’ve been looking on and off for this item for about a year. Well, I found it. I was pretty pumped. I have a 3.5 gpm washer with 4K psi. A good sized washer. Once hooked up I was expecting a good, solid clean wall of water. Well that’s not the case. It blows as hard as a water hose would. I wanted this to actually clean and move debris. This will not clean like your thinking. I’ll use it to help move the dirty water to an outlet but would not buy this again. Spend your money on the smaller ones. Those actually clean and move water/debris.

I was impressed to see that it was constructed with stainless steel bolts U bolts and other hardware! The casters that are equipped on the water broom allow for easy movement. You Really do need something that produces 4.0 bpm to properly use the tool. I unfortunately have a pressure washer that only does 2.4 gpm. I am excited to see how well it works with the correct pressure washing system.

This thing has made my life so much easier being a professional! It pushes the debrit smoothly and quickly.

The 39 in. Broom creates extra work, because the jets are too far apart to sweep clean. The jets must be too large, it uses to much volume.

Tiene problemas con dos tornillos nada grave, los 2 tornillo son en metal su parte superior de ajuste es en plástico un agarre de ajuste manual. El tornillo está pegado a el ajuste plástico al ser plástico cuando ajustas da vuelta el plástico pero el tornillo no, esto nonpermite ajustar. Se soluciona simple comprando dos tornillos con las mismas especificaciones en metal completo. El producto trabaja muy buen es debe ser usado con 4000gpm o más no menos
