I'll be honest with you in this review... What lead me to purchase these? I was suddenly very sick and lost over 30lbs in about 6 months, leaving me at about 92lbs. EVERYTHING shrunk on me, I even lost a whole shoe size! To make matters worse, it had been about 2 years since my last intamacy. It was absolutely not going to fit in! I panicked! I was under 40 years old! How could this happen? I went to physical therapy for it, and the vwell products were suggested as part of my "exercise". You start out with the size that is comfortable for you, and increase in size as you increase your exercise duration. You don't ram it in and out, that's not what it's for! You breathe deep, relax your pelvic floor muscles, and allow your body to relax and contour to the size chosen. If you can tolerate it at full insertion with no discomfort, it may be time to size up. This can take days or even weeks, so be patient. You can slow or discontinue therapy any time you feel comfortable with your progress and current size tolerance. High quality! I don't have much to compare them to, but they are very sturdy/solid (small one is flexible) while maintaining the silky softness of silicone. Easy to clean, and they come with a cloth storage bag. These saved my sex life!

These work very well. Comfortable, soft, very easy to clean. Has definitely improved things for me in the bedroom. Less pain during "the deed" after using these. Very happy with this purchase.

Worth every penny. Exams were torture for me, no tampons, no sex. I think my problem was mostly just a genuinely small size down there than vaginismus, according to my doctors. My gyno recommended a different type of dilator, but I couldn't remember the name, so I decided to try these. The first one went in OK the first time, so I started the real training with the second. After only about a month and a half of daily or near-daily use, I graduated to the largest and then was able to have sex with almost no pain, with a guy who's pretty well-endowed. Sex actually hurt less than these, so I guess they were indeed training me. Haha. They also come nicely packaged and with a helpful instructional guide and tips, like to relax, breathe and rest afterwards (it can be a lot on the body!). Wish I would have tried these years ago, but I thought there was no hope for me.

I was recommended to get these by my pelvic floor therapist to acclimate and train myself on penetration in preparation for marriage/sexual activity. They’re super soft and easy to use, handle, and clean. The sizes have a good variety, ranging from “Step 1” to “Step 5.” For reference, Step 1 is comparable to a fat clicky ballpoint pen in width and length and go up from there probably in maybe 1/2”- to 3/4”-diameter increments.

Been using these after having my first baby with c-section. My nether regions got incredibly tight and intimacy was excruciating. I’m almost on the largest size now. Considering it was very painful when I First started on the smallest size, I’m very happy with how much it has helped me, and the idea of being able to bring intimacy back into my marriage feels like an attainable goal now.

These are really good quality, my physical therapist I showed them to was impressed. The sizes are good and the material is good. I’m using them because after being long distance with my husband for over 2 years I seem to have lost the elasticity I once had and it’s become painful to be intimate. I also had a hysterectomy several years ago. I’m using these to gain that back along with PT. So far I’ve managed to do the 3rd size but working up to the largest one. I’d definitely recommend for others in a similar situation.

I was having a problem where all of my pelvic muscles had become very tight, and my doctor recommended going to a specialized physical therapist. Because I have a very high-deductible insurance plan, I looked up the exercises online and bought this dilator kit. I have structured my own physical therapy, and the combination of the two has worked like a charm. These dilators are very high quality, very smooth, and sturdy. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and are doing the job of stretching the muscles out and hopefully strengthening my pelvic floor. There are instructions on how to use them for these purposes in the box.
