Poor grind, unsafe handle
Blade was very poorly ground, the handle is slippery and not comfortable.

まずまず
大きな塊肉を捌く事が増えたので、安くてザックリ使えるこちらを選択国産の同じ用途の物を使っていたけど、グレード的には国産には敵わない。でもその分安いのでガシガシ使う事に躊躇が無くなるのは利点。海外から届いたが、思ったより早く着いて大満足。後は価格がもう少し安いといいね。
