Purchase oil for friends oil change,same qualities you get anywhere else. Same oil, better price would buy through them again. Of course, it was easy to pour, the quality was excellent. It helped with the engine noise, the engine did smooth out some, I do like that it is synthetic.

High mileage oil replacement
Used this on my 2014 Honda Pilot. It’s working well.

Castrol full synthetic is good oil.
For the price, this Castrol 0-20 w oil is very good. I use the high mileage type every third oil change. Other times I use the normal 0-20w full synthetic oil. This is just my preference. I have 155,000 miles on the car with oil services at every 5,000 miles. Using a quality oil filter is very important too.

I've been using this for the past few years with my Toyota tundra and have had zero issues. I do change out every 5k though vs 10k.
