I purchased these to stick a small signal extender to my computer. The unit was very light and I used as many stickies as I could fit on the device, it ended up being 4 of them, 5 if I cram them together.Within 10 minutes of putting them on my computer (on the back side of the screen, which was cleaned, and is covered by a plastic case), they let go and the signal extender fell off. I tried more stickies, I tried everything, they didn't stick at all, it just kept falling off.I ended up getting a package of Command velcro, and that works great.

I love these Gekkodots! I'm an x-ray tech and use these for sticking my lead markers to the cassettes for each x-ray. They really last quite awhile in the long run. After a few days of taking my markers on and off cassettes all day, they start to lose their stickiness. But a quick wipe with an alcohol wipe and they're back to being super sticky! I've been using the same one on each marker for probably about 4-5 months.

These things are AH-MAZ-ING. They stick to anything and work good as new if you just wash them off with some water. I use them to attach phones to a recording device for mobile research. I realize that is a really specific use case and probably not what most people are after, but buy these immediately if you happen to do research using a mobile sled.

I got some of these last year to try to see if they would hold my FasTrak transponder to my windshield without all the mess of Velcro and double sided tape.I've used them on the transponder for over a year and they still work fine even though my car sits in the sun all day most days. I used one on each corner of the transponder.Works great.
