What is Cils Booster XL Primer?

Cils Booster XL is an innovative all-in-one lash conditioner and mascara primer. Infused with micro-fibers, Vitamin B5, and Vitamin E, it evenly separates and coats lashes for maximized volume, length, and curl. An Allure Best of Beauty award winner!

How do I apply Cils Booster XL Primer for best results?

For the best results, apply the primer from roots to tips of clean lashes. Do not wait for the white formula to dry — coat with mascara immediately, until primer is no longer visible. For bolder results, apply two coats to both top and bottom lashes.

Why do I need a lash primer before mascara?

A lash primer creates a smooth, even base that helps mascara adhere better, building more volume, length, and curl. It also nourishes and conditions lashes over time, making them appear fuller, thicker, and healthier for a dramatic false-lash effect.

Why is the Cils Booster XL Primer formula white in color?

The primer's white formula creates an ideal base allowing your mascara's pigment to appear more vibrant and dramatic. It forms an even surface layer for a more dramatic finish, while the vitamin-infused formula keeps lashes feeling soft, never stiff.

Can Cils Booster XL Primer be used as a nighttime lash treatment?

Yes! This creamy, conditioning formula doubles as an overnight lash mask. Apply to clean, bare lashes before bed and allow to dry completely. It nourishes and rejuvenates lashes while you sleep, leaving them feeling soft and luxurious by the morning.
