The product itself is amazing and does what you need to push you at the gym, especially after work. BUT the taste my goodness was horrible, It took a few drinks of water to wash out but the spicy taste was a burn in my month. I was shocked. BUT like i said it want away after a few drinks of water. Will be get this product again, in different flavor!!

I love this pre-workout. It's the only one I use. I have been using it for years now. I have tried different ones just to see if I wanted to change things up and I am never impressed with any other product and I always come right back to this one. The taste is great, and I even dry scoop it sometimes. Lol. I love the thermogenic in it because it does get me sweating more than I would without it. The caffeine is not for the faint of heart, it is 325 MG, so if you are not used to a high caffeine content then definitely titrate up or use a lower dose. It's a great price and works well!

Easy to mix, great energy and pump without the jitters. Still unsure how to describe the taste but was easy to drink. The heat is felt without being overpowering and I’m only on the first week at half dose!

Definitely recommend, stack this with a cardio session, and you will be drenched in sweat!

Woah. This thing is INTENSE. I used to take the pink lemonade like 3 years ago and always gave me so much energy I lost 20 pounds back then. Now I wanted to give it a try again because I put on a few pounds, so I’m going back to my workout routine, and this is a huge part of it. Just make sure you take it before you leave your house if the gym is a few min away because it kicks in quick. I live about 5 min from my gym and I take it before I leave, once I get to the gym, I only put my bag away and as soon as I’m stretching, I’m already starting to feel the effects. It’s amazing. Last time I did 50 flights of stairs on the stair-master without noticing all because I couldn’t stop moving. I wear a long sleeve and a hoodie, so you know I’m sweating chunkssss! Just remember to drink lots of water to keep hydrated and the effects seem to last around 1.5 - 2 hours (at least for me). The taste on this one is the most randomest thing, but have y’all ever tried the flintstones vitamins from early 2000’s? Imagine one of those crushed. Random, but a throwback taste and I’m not mad about it. Skinny-mini here I come!

This is my favorite pre workout! Makes me sweat so much without the dizziness, jitteriness and upset stomach. Make sure you drink water because you’ll need it. The flavor is very good!
