Better than the high priced spread..survived winter
This was a great purchase for an outdoor sink. I'd had two very expensive faucets break during the winter even though water supply was turned off and drained. This one made it through the winter and the blazing summer with no problems. I was expecting junk for the price but it was pleasantly as high quality as the $300 ones I replaced, apparently higher quality since it didn't crack during the winter. I'm very pleased with this faucet. It was an easy and direct replacement for the prior ones. I highly recommend this.

seems great
works surprisingly well. good build quality. better and much cheaper than what home depot had in stock. hd's was missing some fittings. this one had everything. have used pretty heavily for 3 months by 15+ people daily, no issues so far.

Apparently good quality. NO SUPPORT
The material quality seems to be very good. The installation instructions are terrible. This is all too common with foreign manufacturers. For instance: 1. In the “space saving installation” section it does not specify minimum/maximum wall thickness for the backsplash. This is critical to prevent leaks. The manufacturer should specify this. 2. The instructions mention the “brass nipple” and show a picture of a bare nipple. The nipples that arrived with my unit have an O-Ring on one end. The instruction don’t specify which way to install the nipple. This has a 3/8 hex drive on the opposite end from the o-ring, presumably to tighten the nipple against the gasket in the #13 elbow. In examining Favorpo literature, some units show the o-ring; some don’t. Mine did not. The instructions also specify the use of Teflon tape on the nipple. Tape is normally not used on O-ring connections and should not be necessary on the gasketed end. Should both Teflon tape AND the o-ring be used? Should the Teflon tape cover the o-ring? 3. The instructions specify “Install No.12 with the No.5 flange through the pre-drilled hole, tighten No.17 with a wrench.” It would be helpful at this point to mention how to use the eccentric adjustment in order to avoid an out-of-level final assembly. 4. The instructions say to “install the flexible tube to the elbow. Apply Teflon tape on elbow #13 before connecting flexible tubes." Most flexible tubes seal with a tapered shoulder, often using a gasket on the shoulder. The tape is likely unnecessary unless an NPT adapter is used, in example for a PEX adapter. There is absolutely no factory support available for this unit. NONE. No telephone number, no website. I tried going to the “Favorpo store” on Amazon and left a question about how to contact support. I got the reply from Amazon that there had been no replies to my question. Repair parts may be available, but when searching for a replacement cartridge, the most commonly needed wear part, Amazon offered several cartridges, none of which mentioned compatibility with Favorpo. Without replacement cartridges, this unit has little value. Favorpo clearly is targeting the DIY market, but without support it makes the installation process very aggravating. It has a very clear disadvantage in this market. 4/29/2026 followup: Parts are very difficult to identify and purchase. I suffered from some frost damage that destroyed a small part. The included installation manual did not have a part number available for this and all available links in the customer service protocols proved irrelevant. FORTUNATELY Amazon's customer service came to the rescue and offered to send an entire replacement unit.

Heavy brass faucet with a good chrome finish.
I was actually a bit shocked at the quality of this faucet. It's MUCH heftier than I expected, and the chrome finish is quite good as well. It does NOT have that cheap thin gauge feel that is all too common these days. It feels like it's going to actually hold up a bit better than most of the ones I've installed in recent years. Also, it came packed in a form-fitted foam cut out slab in a box. Packed like a precision instrument or something. Wow. Static free packaging too, for some reason. Also the fact that it actually comes with the install kit is rare. (The Brass Ells that go behind the sink wall.) Those are hard to find just now, and you cannot install the faucet without this. The only caveat here is that the install kit Ells should have the addition of 3/8" FPT pipe thread on the inside of the back/bottom connections. They do have 1/2"MPT on the outside, but having the second option available would be helpful.

so far so good. Replaced leaking faucet with this new one
So far so good. Replaced leaking faucet with this new one. It isn't leaking. It doesn't seem very sturdy which may be a problem in the future. It is being used in a barn. But presently, at this price point, I am very happy.
