LMP Bluetooth Keypad 2 for Apple's Magic Keyboard (14300)

When I ordered this numeric keypad for my Apple Magic Keyboard (original version) I was concerned about how it would fit and look next to my iMac's keyboard, let alone how the two would mate/fit together.If those issues are crossing your mind as well, just forget all your worries and order this numeric keypad!It fits great. It looks great. It works great. The color matches my original iMac Magic Keyboard perfectly. The plastic adapter designed to hold your original iMac Keyboard and the numeric keypad together is perfect. (I reinforced the mating of the keyboard and keypad with a little tape on the underside. It's not really needed, but I did it anyway.) I would most definitely recommend this numeric keypad as an addition to your original iMac Magic Keyboard.

After Apple came out with their Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad 2, I wanted a bluetooth 10-key keyboard to match the slim style of the keyboard and trackpad. I searched off and on for months to find something. This keyboard matches the profile exactly and has a bracket that connects the keyboard and 10-key together. It works really well and have yet to have a problem with it. The charge has lasted over a month so far and I use it at work for 8-10 hours a day (not constantly). The only reason I am not giving it a 5-star rating is because the keys match the higher profile, old style of Mac keyboards. Other than that, this is a great addition to my Magic Keyboard and trackpad.

I wanted to give this product a fair amount of use before reviewing the product, and I believe I've done just that. I've been using the product every day, for a bit more than 5 weeks. First the good; It sort of matches the Apple keyboard, it maintains the general shape of the Apple keyboard, and it does provide number pad functionality to the Apple bluetooth keyboard. The bad; Documentation is poor. It separates very easily from the keyboard any time you shift or move your keyboard. The battery life is a fraction of the Apple keyboard. By the time my Apple keyboard reaches 80% the keypad is already dead. If the poor battery performance wasn't enough, the keypad provides no battery level data to the OS, so you have no idea how low your battery is, until it is dead. Thankfully Apple just released a full size bluetooth keyboard with number keypad. So this little gem will go back in it's box, and if I can still return it I will. Otherwise I will probably tear it down to see exactly what battery is powering this thing. I gave it two stars rather than one, because it did "work".

When I first received this I was excited. It looks exactly like the Magic Keyboard 2. Just as I was hoping.I must admit that I had to replace the first item I received. I started to have trouble after about 3 weeks... the number pad kept disconnecting. I returned it to Amazon, and received a replacement in 2 days. This one has been great! It's been about 6 weeks since the replacement, and it hasn't disconnected once. I know things happen, and every once in a while there is a defective unit. I am pleased to report that it was as painless as possible. 👍

Fits well to magic 2 keyboard and pairs easy to mac. Works great, easy to charge.

I've tried the Belkin and one other. This is the one to get. It behaves like it were part of a wired Apple numeric keyboard. The tab and delete buttons are a nice bonus.

The finish is visibly off from the Apple products, and the key mechanisms are not even close. If you 10-key a lot, keep looking. If you are just looking for a matching 10-key, this is as close as you'll get.

Fits the Apple "magic" keyboard perfectly and the set up is a doddle. There are slightly different methods of pairing the device depending on what OS system you are using but the instructions for each OS are very clear but you need to read these before you start. So pleased with this, clips onto the keyboard so easily. No batteries to worry about either.

Das Keypad ist die perfekte Ergänzung zum Magic Keyboard.Ich hab schon überlegt, mir die neue Tastatur mit eingebauter 10er-Block-Tastatur zu kaufen, aber hier hab ich zum Glück eine deutlich preiswertere Alternative gefunden.Die Verbindung zum Mac ist problemlos und stabil, das Verbindungsteil zur Tastatur erfüllt seinen Zweck.

L'ho comprato per associarlo alla tastiera originale, i materiali sono veramente pessimi, i tasti nettamente piu' alti e meno precisi rispetto alla tastiera apple, diversi i colori ecc....Ho avuto insieme alla vecchia tastiera quello della Belkin, indistinguibile dal prodotto apple .Troppo caro, secondo me non dovrebbe costare piu' di 20€, lo restituiro' al 99%.

Pairing unter MacOS geht recht problemlos. Schalte ich aber auf Windows/Bootcamp um, muss erst mühselig unter Windows 10 eine Verbindung hergestellt werden. War das erfolgreich, geht das selbe Spiel unter MacOS los und danach unter Windows. Was soll der Schwachsinn?So ist ist das Keyboard nicht brauchbar.

Tastierino numerico che uso con Finale 25 insieme al mio macbook pro e mi trovo molto bene. La batteria al litio dura moltissimo. Lo consiglio
