Q: Why is this not eligible for return?

If you have a legitimate reason for needing a return (product arrived damage, different than what was ordered, etc), try contacting Amazon customer service. Amazon does actually have real customer service reps to provide assistance (albeit I suspect they are located outside the U.S.). Even items shown as “non-returnable” can be returned if Amazon messed up, delivery damaged the item, product/listing showed different quantity/amount, and so on. I doubt you’ll get very far with simple “buyers remorse” however. So, where do you find Amazon’s customer service number? Go to the very bottom of Amazon’s homepage, the “Let Us Help You” section at the bottom right, and click on the “Help” link at the bottom of that list. You should get an option to “chat” with a rep (with their direct messaging service), or request a call back (in my experience, they call back almost immediately). There is not like a 1-800 number to call. Have your Order Number handy.

Q: Anybody suffers keloidalis nuchae and used this ?

I'n not sure what that is. Keloidalis Nuchae. With the problem I had with my legs due to a Cardio Vasuclar issue this worked for me more than anything. Dr. would not give any type of prescription.

Q: Did this turn anyone else’s skin brown where it was applied?

It didn’t change the color of my skin, but I did notice that any residue left on the cap turns a dark purplish-brown color after being exposed to the air for awhile.

Q: Does this work on chilblains?

i think it might help. I had a similar problem and it helped heal a sore on my leg due to vein issues. I am not really aware of chilblaines, but I looked it up and i think it might help.
