See Update - Company corrected and is investigating issue - Bad Batch - Smells and taste like mold
1 Star - I have ordered this product multiple times and been very satisfied in the past. However, this batch smells and taste like mold. Lot # 22611 Expiration date 12/2028 - No refund was allowed on this product which normally I could understand but not in the case of the batch having something totally wrong with it. You would think they would want to know and pull the lot number off the shelf. 5 Star Update: I contacted the company directly and they were very concerned about the product and had me mail it to them so they could investigate this lot number to try and determine the issue. They also mailed me a replacement product which was the high standard I had always previously received from them. I will continue to buy this product as it works very well.

Not sealed
This product was shipped without an inside seal, and no, it’s not in the lid. The outside wasn’t sealed with plastic either. It’s an open bottle. The product is great. I’ve used it before. This review is about Amazon packing and shipping. Why would anyone ship an open bottle.

I sleep well
I like the fact that it’s melatonin free. Chewable and easy to take. I don’t feel the sudden sleepy stage but I can tell you when I do go to sleep I sleep good. I take it about 30 min before I go to bed and I’m out like a light.

Highly recommend
Genexa helps me fall asleep. It's a great product. I do not do well with Melatonin. So it's great that it is Melatonin free! I highly recommend this product.

Alpha Gal Suffering Husband Approved!
My husband has Alpha Gal syndrome and can take these without a reaction. They help him get to sleep too.
