I’m genuinely impressed with KiZE Energy Bars. These are so good — real, simple ingredients that I feel good about eating. No weird artificial stuff, no hidden junk, just clean energy that actually sustains me between workouts, during hikes, and on long work days. The taste is delicious without being overly sweet, and the texture is satisfying (not chalky or gritty like some other “healthy” bars). Best of all, I get steady energy without the crash you often get from sugary snacks. If you’re looking for an energy bar that tastes great and gives you fuel you can feel good about, these are worth every penny. Will definitely be buying again!

These bars are delicious. Great clean ingredients and perfect for on the go and in need of some protein. Doesn’t taste like chemicals like most protein bars. I’ll buy these again for sure. I’ve only tried the peanut butter chip and the oatmeal chip so far. Soft and chewy.

These bars are hands down the best healthy snack bars out there. Especially if you’re gluten free (which I am not but a bunch in my family are). They taste great. The brownie and chocolate chip cookie are delicious. They are nicely chewy and not dry. They are also decently filling. Literally, the only downside is that they are expensive. I don’t mind paying for something good but I typically wait until I can get them on sale somewhere.

Definitely one of the best sweet treats on the market that don’t cost you! Unfortunately they do still have the protein bar texture but since it’s actually clean ingredients it’s tolerable.

Absolutely incredible bars! Gluten free, dairy free and FULL of flavor. My favorite is the oatmeal chocolate chip.. tastes like a no bake cookie. Please never stop making these, Kize!

Wowowowow. I had my first bar actually on American Airlines, it was the cookie one. I was blown out of the water it was so good. I normally rely on trubars, which are good but this is literally indulgent. They literally taste like the fudgy Annie brownies I ate as a kid. So I ordered a box of them to try, make sure they’re still as good when you order them as an individual. The seller literally shipped it how I’d ship it to a friend, with an ice pack and serious insulation to make sure they’re stayed in tact. Not only did they stay okay, I literally turned off my oven to stop baking brownies once I took a bite of the fudge brownie one. So good!!! And really great salt balancing too. I am SO glad I was introduced to these. Next step will involve adding them to existing fruit dessert situations; I think that will be so yummy! Don’t hesitate, just go for it

In a nutshell: the best tasting protein bars I've tried with the cleanest ingredients you can actually read. Pure and simple. I'm taking two stars off for a serious concern and that is the high sugar content. I'm breaking these in half and eating them a a special dessert treat. I hope they will reformulate this with monkfruit. Many of us need to montior our sugar intake for serious health and dietary concerns. Sadly, I cannot order these again unless they can come up with a naturally sweetened alternative product.
