Maxi-length Trench Coat if you're 5.3"
This is a nicely weighted coat. The outer shell is a cotton-polyester mix. With a satin-twill lining, in a light blue colour. At 5.3" this trench coat is long on me, from the hem to the floor there is a clearance of apx 16cm. The sleeves are also long which is great, as I thought they looked a little short on the model. The coat also has a rather long belt, at apx 175cm; I can wrap it around myself twice or attempt those fancy belt tying techniques. The belt also has a cleverly hidden fastening, which means the belt will never accidentally slide out of the loops. As for the hood, I would describe it as adequate. If you have lots of hair as I do, you'll need an umbrella if caught in a shower as it doesn't quite cover my head. However, if I'm feeling a bit noir I may just wear a scarf. All in all, I'm very happy with this coat as I wanted a maxi-length trench. So, for me, this is perfect for both Spring and Autumn.

It is long which is a popular style now but it might be too long for someone that is 5'3 or under.
I love this coat! I am 5'6 I weigh 134 lbs and I am a 34DDD with 27 waist, I bought a Large due to my chest size, it is a tiny big in the waist but it has a belt so I just tied it and it looks great. It is a tad shiny on the outside so the rain rolls right off, it has a liner, its warm, it comes about 9 inches above my ankles, which is what I wanted. It is sturdy material, the hood buttons on and off, its made well, I am VERY pleased.
