I was actually going to return this because I found another product before it got here. I’m glad it had already shipped because I have never loved a skincare tool/device like this. My skin feels in believably smooth and clean after using it without any irritation. I highly recommend, and especially if you regularly use foundation (trust me on this). The only thing I would change is the display– to be more user friendly. Although the instructions on this Amazon page are a good guide.

Product was not working upon arrival. It looks like a return item. There are scratches on the metal part of unit.

Directions do not explain what mode does what and in a ridiculously tiny print. To avoid returning I've been limping along on mode 1. You'd receive decent instructions if you purchased in store, but Amazon continues to allow inadequate directions. In spite of that complaint, I noticed results after 3 uses. I wash first and apply a facial cleanser that is creamy and remains slippery throughout treatment. I'm 65 and have very small blackheads on my nose and some small whiteheads in the crevice along each side. I have witnessed their extraction and while I can't see tiny blackheads being removed, I have noticed a definite decrease in their existence.

I am so surprised with this one,,i love the way it clean my pores,,I got so many black heads out from the first time use,,now it’s in my skin care routine,,I use it ones or twice a week on damp face..and it comes in a cute packaging... I highly recommend this one...

I actually love this product, but it did not come with any of the extraction tools, and I don’t appreciate being misled. Frankly, there are several options within comparable price points and the added value of the tools was definitely a contributing factor in my decision to purchase so just keep that in mind.That being said, my t zone is loving the special treatment. My pores are cleaner and less visible and that’s what I appreciate about that lol Also, the function to massage in my toners and serums is soooo nice. I use this in conjunction with a jade roller too and the change in my skin has really been noticeable and awesome. :)
