Cute product. Served its purpose for the Hawaiian themed family reunion. Elastic waist band was a mall enough to fit my petite 3yo (her waist is a 2t). Put white shorts on under it. Wristbands, headband, and necklace also fit her.

Perfect for 2 year old luau!
I bought this for my daughter’s luau party at daycare. The quality was actually so good! The skirt is nice and thick with a stretchy waistband held together by sturdy Velcro. The leis are full and vibrant. The wrist ones do not stretch but fit my average sized 2.5 year old just fine. Same with the skirt, maybe a little on the right side so would likely fit kiddos younger than her. I added the ankle leis and didn’t use the little flower bra. Overall 10/10!

Hawaiian Day Success!
My daughter LOVED this. It was the perfect set of accessories to make her Hawaiian dress up day a success! I was not sure what to expect on the quality when I ordered it, but it exceeded my expectations and it was a great deal. My daughter is a a size 6/7 and it fit her great! 10/10 recommend!
