Can a 4' high cushion hold a 200 # man without collapsing?

This is a cushion! It will collapse some - like a pillow, with softness; it is not stiff like styrofoam. But note: it will keep you raised off of the "hard" seat.

How long is the straps?

They are about 6 inches a piece. There is two straps per pair so you have a total of 12 inches to work with.

How wide is the hole in the center?

I'm not sure about the hole size dimensions but I do use it and I'm 5'8 180lbs. It works and is very comfortable but sometimes it slides around and makes the hole smaller. I really do like the product and it definitely helps save the backside but if your on the larger side then it probably wouldn't work that great for you because it would smash down and make the hole super small!! But if around my size then I definitely recommend but just remember thats my personal opinion and you may feel differently than I do.
