A little bit gives a firm hold. Of all the clays I've used this is the best. The first time I bought it I didn't like the way it's hard to get off your hands after application. Don't use water or soap, just rub off with a dry towel. Worth the slight inconvenience for the superior results.

Doesn’t easily wash out!
First time using fish. I found it to be very hard thick clay in the pot, really had scrape to get it out. It has nice smell to it. Recommended is a pea size amount and warm up in the palm of your hand. Then apply from the back to front. I did just that. Worked in well when I get it going but was a little bit clumpy. Has a matte finish and a strong hold and was reworkable throughout the day. I knew it was going to be tricky to wash out when I washed my hands after applying it. After a day I went to was it out and it doesn’t wash out very easily. Only slightly easier to wash out than Dax wax for those of you that know! Overall it is a good product. Just washing out is a little frustrating.
