Does the panoxyl 4% sold by rms products above contain cetaryl alcohol or carboner homopolymer type c? latter ingredient is no good.

I would do a spot check on his arm just because 10 year old skin is still pretty delicate. You could talk to his pediatrician, or even start with something mild like Phisoderm or Neutrogena.
