I purchased this in 2024 and have only just had an occasion to use it. I charged it in 2024, and it was still fully charged in 2026, even after sitting in the boot of the car all that time. I was amazed by how easy it was to use, how small it was, and how well it performed. It started a vehicle with a dead battery so easily. Gone are the days of needing a second car and jump leads. Just connect this, turn it on, flashing array of lights, then a white light and off you go. Seconds. Thoroughly impressed, enough to write a review.

I bought this in October 2021, after my car battery had run flat at the train station after a weekend away, and the AA couldn’t get to me for at least 2hrs!! I have 3L diesel so needed something with some power. I’ve since used on my car 2 or 3 times, on a work colleague’s camper, and countless other vehicles, and not once has failed to perform. This truly is a great piece of kit, dead simple to use. No drama, no fuss, just does its job. I honestly don’t know how many jump starts it can do. For me, as a rule of thumb, I charge it back to full after I’ve used it, and I’ll periodically check it every 3 months or so, just for my own piece of mind. Expensive, I suppose yes, but the amount of times it’s got people going again, it’s money well spent tbh.

Very well made and fully charged via our lap top within around eight hours. Initially we had quite a few bulk charge warnings, (whatever that meant). The manual was not at all helpful. Tried to charge direct from mains, (as I mentioned, the manual did not appear to provide any guidance) but eventually found that charging via the lap top seamed to work better. Was on the verge of returning the product but it did eventually fully charge. Guess the proof of how well it works will be when we get a flat battery. It does look well made and fingers crossed, it will prove to be well worth the money.

Brilliant bit of kit got me out of a few situations definitely well worth keeping in your vehicle on long journeys as I found out, got me off the m25 to the services when the cars alternator gave up, great for jump starting vehicles

Only just received, so cannot say anything about long term use yet. Needed it to start a dead car battery. Arrived, put on charge for say 6 hours, that was our choice to first charge it. this model size selected on our budget NOCO Boost X GBX45 1250A 12V I Would utterly, recommend buying a carry case for it. CASE = NOCO GBC017 Boost XL EVA Protection Case For GB50 NOCO Jump Starter. This took the booster, cables, & charge cable, but not an external charger, which I decided to buy extra. Costing £23, I also bought for a faster charge IF NEEDED, " 96W USB C Charger Power Adapter " for MacBook Pro 16 15 13 inch 2018-2021, New Air 13 inch 2018-2021,Works with Type C 96W 87W 61W 30W 29W PD Power Charger, to charge it. This was my choice, the unit did come with a usb to C type cable, to plug in where you want. This extra 96w USB to C, charge unit I bought, will not fit into the NOCO case with the unit & cables. We had 1.4 Seat car, not been used for months, battery totally dead. Put this on, turned key, & fired up perfectly, very light & compact. SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE IT WOULD WORK. It got rid of the need for jump cables, & spare battery, or jumping cables between car, so it was brilliant. Imagine doing old way in the rain or snow, this NOCO bonnet up, quick click on, started car, bonnet down, Nephew could not believe what I was doing, with the little thing, WE were sure it would not start car.. Our old starter, battery pack, was the big yellow one with radio etc, & foot pump on it, very heavy. It needed new internal battery, which would cost more than the unit. So bought this NOCO.

Does not come with a cable to charge it. Completely useless without one, as cannot be charged. Mystified by this and very disappointed.

Great product. I’ve since bought a second to go in my wife’s car. I have a 3 litre diesel Ute & this battery pack starts it up with ease & has done a few times. Have used it so many times I’ve lost count. We have 1 car, 1 Ute & 3 motorcycles at our house & every so often a battery is flat. Wouldn’t want to be without it now. Highly recommended.

Excellent charger I have an s550 Mercedes with a V8 and battery dies after a few weeks without starting car . I have had other chargers that were suppose to be able to start big V8s and they struggled . This one you as soon as you connect and go to start fires right up . I use it pretty frequently because like I said I don’t use car very often once a month once or twice every 6 weeks and this charger so far hasn’t disappointed holds its charge well and even if you don’t recharge after a jump start still has plenty of power . I keep it in back of front seat and when I need it it works great won’t leave you stranded
