If you get a good one it’s the best out there, keep your warranty handy just in case.
Good strong units, Will jump start anything with high power, recharges fast with the pd65w charger and well built. Only downside is we have had a few fail ( we use them quite often and have about 6 ) sadly 3 have had to be returned due to charging faults but hopefully this will be resolved by the company by better quality charging ports or what ever is responsible for them going wrong. When working they’re great.

completely overpriced and the performance is completely dissatisfied.
Not as good as stated in reviews, I believe the reviewers are only using it for one-time aweek or a month at most or for emergencies .Battery died within three weeks! I have years of experience with different products like CAT, Stanley and Clarke and based on the review and working in daily with many cars as most of them either run out of battery or something with holding the current decided to go ahead and buy NOCO GBX155. Unfortunately, it’s not 3 weeks completed this product doesn’t hold the charge or battery. It keeps on for about 5 mins then goes completely off as you see in the second picture. I bought an external fast charger as advised with 120W however, at first worked perfectly then using it for constant not topically right. It’s not for everyday usage just for emergency, even thought if it’s for emergency purposes how can broke within few weeks of work. This product is not reliable...well, maybe for at least one jump. Totally overpriced and useless. In all cases, the device was fully charged. I would like to give back the booster and my money back..

The daddy of jump starters!
This is very powerful jump starter, it will start anything that moves. Previously I had a starter with half the charge capacity of the NOCO and I had trouble starting my diesel car engine. But with this one, it starts effortlessly every time. It takes a long time with a normal charger to fully charge it the first time, but after that it gets charged faster. It looses about 30%-40% of its charging power after a jump start so it needs to be charged again. I recommend charging it to full once every week to keep it in top condition and ready for action. I give it 4 stars because given how expensive it is a fast charger and a hard carry case should have been included in the price.

POWERFUL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
GOODNESS ME, this thing packs a huge punch. Started my 4x4 that had a completely kaput battery in a matter of 2 seconds. Not cheap but its an awesome bit of kit

Excellent !

Very poor . Fails to start most vehicles when other units work
Very bad, only starts half the cars, my 4 year old 3000amp works better. Has no volt meter either showing what voltage is in battery your connected too

It just works! Don't buy an El Cheapo "Gibberish Brand", buy this one! You WILL NOT be disappointed!
So, you're looking at this because you have a 1-ton truck? Dual batteries? And I'm guessing in the cold your engine simply just doesn't want to start, right? Or perhaps you've got a vehicle that loses battery charge after a couple days of being unused? Or perhaps you have a habit of accidentally leaving the dome light on all night? Or perhaps your battery just isn't up to snuff anymore and you just want to make sure it starts, regardless? And now you're looking at that price of $370 (at the time of this review) and thinking to yourself "There's got to be a cheaper one that will get the job done, right?" Short answer? Possibly. Shorter answer? DON'T! <] TLDR [> It absolutely works. It delivers the power it advertises. It's worth the money. If you want a boost pack that just works and you can afford it? Then just buy this one! You will NOT be disappointed! DO NOT buy the cheaper "Gibberish Brand" packs. If you do, you WILL be disappointed and they WILL leave you stranded. Yep. it really is that simple! My ONLY regret in buying this jump pack is that I didn't buy it sooner! I just couldn't justify the price tag... If I had known just how good it is, I'd have made room in the budget for it a lot sooner than I did! <] /TLDR [> I have a 1998 GMC K3500 with a dual battery setup. I do NOT have a block heater (yet). At zero degrees (F), it turns over but REFUSES to catch. After turning the engine over for roughly 10 seconds on a fresh full charge, it just quits. No go juice! And if you've done like I have by adding a manual override for your glow plugs because you upgraded them and know they can handle the extended burn time? It's still not enough. The batteries are just too small to be viable in the winter on the Canadian border where I am. [ Edit 3/19/26: I forgot to mention in this that I also upgraded my starter to a planetary gear high torque high speed starter, and it STILL doesn't like to catch in colder temps! ] Now that you have the backstory, I too was put off by the price. I watched a LOT of videos comparing various jump packs and every single one of them rated THIS pack, the NOCO Boost X GBX155 as the highest in every single list. I really had a tough time shelling out the cash for this, but now that I have it? I'll NEVER give it up! This thing is super easy to use. Charge it up when you get it. Believe it or not, for as heavy and bulky as this jump pack is, it charges FAST. From depleted to full charge in under 3 hours! That's AMAZING! If you have a dual battery diesel truck like me? You're going to be absolutely ASTONISHED at just how much power this thing packs. Its punch is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! When you hook it up to your battery, make sure you connect it to the battery that has the positive lead straight to the starter. While it'll work, connecting it to the accessory battery WILL cause a loss of power to the starter simply because of the cable run length from the accessory battery over to the primary start battery and then to the starter. Really, the only thing I can say I'm not too fond of is where they put the button to turn on the flashlight function. That darned thing is RIGHT where I grab it to pick it up and every time I pick it up I inadvertently press the flashlight button and let me tell you, it's pretty darned bright! This thing will also let you override the error condition on a FULLY depleted battery to allow you to jump the vehicle regardless of your battery voltage. Another really nice feature is the fact that it also has two USB-A ports to charge another device with, like your phone. The USB-C charging port can also be used to charge another USB-C device, too! The charging port goes two ways! The real reason you're looking at this specific jump pack though, is to find out if it lives up to its promises. I can tell you that yes, it absolutely does! Keep this in your vehicle and you'll end up being a hero to someone if they need a jump, too. No more need to carry long, heavy jumper cables if you've got this thing! You can rest easy if you have this jump pack. If you get into a spot of trouble because you left your headlights or marker lights or dome light on and ran your battery down while you were at the theater watching a movie or something? This will absolutely get you out of a jam. My truck is nearly 30 years old. I upgraded the starter to a planetary reduction gear starter. In the summer months, the dual batteries spin the engine decently with the specific starter I upgraded to. However, this jump pack? At ZERO degrees Fahrenheit, this jump pack cranks the engine over even faster than the dual batteries in the truck do! Because of where I am and my current vehicle situation, I'm having to jump the truck virtually every time I want to go somewhere. The truck's batteries just aren't enough and there's really no easy way to install bigger, more capable batteries under the hood. But, with this jump pack? I don't have to worry about whether the truck will start or not. It's virtually guaranteed it will. Without this jump pack, I'd be stuck most of the time in winter! You could call it peace of mind and you'd be accurate! If you're on the fence between this and a cheap one that's half the price or even a quarter of the price? Do yourself a favor! Forget the cheap ones, they don't stand a chance against this one. If you've got a family and you NEED your vehicle to just WORK regardless of having left that dome light on all night? You won't be disappointed if you have the NOCO Boost X GBX155. It's worth every penny!
