I’m not a nutritionist so I can’t evaluate the actual benefits, but my perception is it’s pretty good. I feel more energetic, even if it’s just placebo. Have been using it for a year, 4-5 days/week, either with water or in a smoothie. Picked this one based on reviews that said it was one of the best tasting powders, and it hits that mark. It’s a little gritty in water (have to keep mixing throughout), but tastes pretty good.

I have been using this product for about a year now and I have to say I’m impressed. I’ve tried multiple different brands and this one tastes pretty good and also works the best for me out of all of them. I take it every morning in a smoothie, I mix it with water, frozen blueberries and strawberries with a half of banana. Try it its pretty tasty.

Too early for me to tell the longer term benefits, but I do feel terrific in my first week. Lots of energy, my gut is working properly, etc. Not sure why in the world I thought super greens would taste good and blend in smoothies undetectable, but not a chance!!! I have grown up eating health foods, plant based meat substitutes, etc…and I can barely get this product down. That said I do believe any and all super green products (no matter the brand) will be just like this. I purchased this one specifically for the honesty in ingredients and high marks for quality/effectiveness. Despite the taste and grit, I will continue to take this product (getting slightly more used to it each day). Taking in cranberry juice has been the best solution thus far (ty to another reviewer who recommend this). Anything sweet just makes it worse. Additionally- forget a glass full…I take this now as 1-2 shots so that I get it over with quickly. This has helped me the most!!! And one sidebar- the package says that you can mix with hot drinks…I am very confused by this as all other super greens advise against this because it would kill the good pre and probiotics. I also refrigerate mine (for the same reason as competitors advise).

More of an earthy taste which some people may not like but adding this to my routine has been a game changer. Reduces bloat and generally adds a boost of nutrients to my busy routine. I drink this every day-I’ve lost weight and generally feel more slender. Easy to mix.

I wanted to give this a few weeks before providing my opinion / review. 1st some brief info about me. I'm early 50s, relatively healthy, no health issues, but have been struggling to lose about 30lbs. Exercise vigorously about 6 days a week, mix of strength and cardio. My diet is ok but I probably could clean it up a bit. I probably have an above average stressful desk job, I take a 50+ 'Silver' daily multi vitamin. I live a pretty busy lifestyle without much down time. I don't run out of energy but could always use more. The reason I purchased this product was to hopefully increase my energy level, improve digestion and also taken from the 3rd bullet on the About this Item " help curb unhealthy cravings and support your weight loss goals." Now taking this product for 4 weeks, I haven't noticed any differences at all in the areas I was looking to see an improvement or any difference in my feelings, ability, energy, digestion, nothing. Zero. My overall rating is 3 stars, because I wouldn't recommend it or tell someone not to purchase it, I don't know if I'll buy it again to give it more time to notice a difference, I don't know. I personally don't think it is causing any harm, so I'm not against continuing to use. I would leave it up to an Individual to try because everyone is different and results for them could be better. One positive side, I'm pretty sure you get 30 days in the packet and lastly, the taste is OK. It looks worse than it tastes. I wish there was a better way to get the product out of the packages because it's so much of a fine powder (almost dust), it will become almost like an aerosol and it can stick to fingers and hands especially when the package is near empty. Bottom line for me, yes I am / was a little disappointed, but you can try it for yourself or not, but if you do, just keep an open mind. Good luck.

I finally had time to prepare my protein shake. The only regret is that I didn’t start drinking this when I received my order. It’s going on a month. I ordered this by mistake thought it was my collagen powder. Great mistake. It’s mixed with my vanilla flavored protein shake as seen in the photo. Good taste. I could see myself replacing my daily coffee intake with this blend.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. He says it makes him feel more energenic while getting good vitamins at the same time. I'll be buying more BTW he is in his 50's and drives a truck so not alot of chances to eat healty,

After using it consistently for a month (one scoop per day as recommended), I noticed zero positive effects. No energy boost, no better digestion, and certainly no improvement in overall well-being. If anything, I experienced mild bloating and stomach discomfort during the first week, which I suspect was from the probiotic blend not agreeing with my system. The proprietary blends hide the actual dosages, so who knows if there's enough of key ingredients like ashwagandha or turmeric to make a difference—research suggests these need specific amounts to be effective, and this product doesn't disclose them. Worse, the lack of transparent third-party testing raises serious concerns about quality and safety. I've read reports of inconsistent batches and questionable sourcing, and without clear verification, I worry about contaminants or ineffective formulations. At around $40 for 30 servings (over $1 per scoop), it's overpriced for what amounts to glorified grass clippings that do nothing. I regret buying this and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stick to real fruits and vegetables or choose a more reputable brand with organic ingredients, full transparency, and proven results.
