Bought two of these and attached them to the upper crossbeams on my power rack. Also bought a couple of pins to place the weights on and hook up to the pulleys. They’re very smooth and work great.

Feels sturdy and looks great a previously had a cable and pulley from home depot that worked but looked so cheap. This cable an pulley looks great and professional. Thank you

Works as it should

I have a few of these to do various pulley type exercises and they work great. You can configure many different types of exercises with them.

There is no space between the wheel and the bolt to fit a wire through for my pulley gym set up. You can barely fit anything through it. I tried loosening the bolt to make space but even then it was still too narrow. Returning

I can now do quite a bit more in the home gym - works great, strong enough to hold plenty of weight
